1. Job Responsibilities

1. Deeply participate in the full process management of various standard development and technology promotion projects of the StarFlash Alliance, including project initiation, requirement research, draft drafting, feedback collection, and standard release. Organize meetings to ensure accurate progress at each stage.

2. Collaborate with domestic and international industry experts to establish standard project working groups, build communication bridges, coordinate interests of all parties, resolve potential conflicts, and ensure smooth project progress.

3. Be responsible for organizing and archiving documents related to standards and technical projects, including project reports, meeting minutes, and standard texts, ensuring that materials are complete, standardized, and easily accessible for reference.

4. Develop tailored promotion plans for StarFlash standards and technologies based on industry needs. Promote through multiple online and offline channels such as seminars, live courses, and professional interpretation articles. Organize StarFlash standard training activities for enterprises, universities, and research institutions.

5. Establish close cooperative relationships with major domestic and international industry associations and standardization organizations.

2. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or above in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or related engineering fields, with solid professional knowledge.

2. 3–5 years of experience in standard development, project management, technology promotion, or R&D. Familiar with domestic and international standardization processes and rules. Experience in CCSA, 3GPP, IEEE, or related organizations is preferred.

3. Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills. Able to discuss technical details with academic experts and connect with business representatives to align technical and commercial needs.

4. Strong English proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Able to participate in international standard meetings fluently, write English technical documents, and develop English training materials.

5. Sensitive to new technologies, with strong market insight and innovative thinking. Capable of quickly learning new knowledge, mastering new skills, and identifying industry trends.

3. Benefits & Compensation

1. Work Location: Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone – Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Park

2. Salary: 11–15k * 13 months
